To participate in any Auction and/or purchase any Inventory, you must submit any information requested via the Site or by B-Stock or Walmart Liquidation Auctions.
B-Stock Solutions: B-Stock Solutions is hosting the Site and managing the transactions that occur and will have access to your information. B-Stock may use your information for its own business purposes and share such information in all manners permitted under its privacy policy with its vendors from whom you buy products via the Site, and its service providers and/or partners who require such information to ensure successful fulfillment of any purchases you make on the Site.

Your privacy is important to us, so Wal-Mart.com USA, LLC ("Walmart.com" or "we") has created this Privacy Policy to explain how the information you provide through your use of Walmart.com's online liquidations website located at http://liquidations.walmart.com (the "Site") is protected, collected and used. By using the Site, you consent to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and are aware that our policies may change in the future. Therefore, we encourage you to review this Privacy Policy each time you use the Site. "You" or "your" means the individual using the Site and the entity which such individual represents.
What Customer Information We Collect
As set forth in more detail below, Walmart.com collects customer information that personally identifies you, including without limitation, your first and last name, the name of the entity which you represent (if applicable), your email address, your business address, your fax number, your business license number, your federal tax identification number, and other customer information, including without limitation, the password chosen by you for access to the Site (the "Password") and the name and address of the bank from which you will be wiring funds for purchases.
You may only browse this Site if the Password you used to access the Site was issued by Walmart.com directly to you or the entity which you represent. You will need to create an account when you purchase something and in order to take advantage of certain features and other Walmart.com services. We may ask you to confirm your customer information when you contact our Customer Service department. This will allow us to protect your confidentiality by verifying your identity.
When you make a purchase from the Site, we collect your name, payment information and the name and contact information of the person or entity authorized to pick up your purchased products.
When you create an account at Walmart.com, you will save certain customer information in "My Account." You may change or delete this saved information anytime. Simply go to "My Account," and edit or delete whatever personal customer information you wish.
How We Use Your Customer Information
Information we collect on Walmart.com may be used in the following ways:
- Facilitate pickup of your products
- Prevent fraud
- Confirm your purchases
- Respond to your inquiries, questions, suggestions or requests
- Notify you if you post the winning bid in an auction
- Communicate future auctions to you
- Comply with valid legal procedures, requirements, regulations or statutes
You may also receive other emails, including without limitation, emails that (i) confirm your bid (ii) notify you that your bid is a losing bid, (iii) notify you that you have lost an auction and (iv) contain marketing communications. You may change which of these email notifications you receive or choose not to receive any of these email notifications by clicking on "My Account," then clicking on "Email Preferences" and specifying which emails you would like to receive from the Site.
When and With Whom We Share Your Customer Information
We never sell or rent your customer information to any third parties under any circumstances. We will share customer information and/or purchase history only with our agents, representatives, service providers and contractors for limited purposes, including without limitation, fulfilling customer purchases; communicating to customers; providing customer service; administering or facilitating surveys; offering targeted marketing communications to users that choose to receive such communications; enabling access to our partners' websites; providing a personalized user experience; preventing fraud; and completing payment method processing. These individuals and entities are not permitted to use your customer information except for the purpose of providing the services we request of them.

You understand that BStock is hosting the Site and will have access to customer information pertaining to you. BStock will be able to utilize aggregated data from the Site, excluding data that can reasonably be used to identify you or any other user of the Site (e.g., name, email address, etc.), for its own internal business purposes and to assist Walmart.com in improving the operation of the Site.
How You Can Control Your Customer Information
Do not share your Password with anyone. Other than on this Site, Walmart.com will never ask you for your Password.
Ultimately, your customer information is protected by the Password chosen by you when you signed up for access to the Site (or another Password later chosen by you on the Site). Please keep this Password confidential. No customer service associate or any other representative of Walmart.com will ever ask you for your Password.
You can modify or delete your customer information, including without limitation, your password, anytime. Simply go to go to "My Account," and edit or delete whatever customer information you wish.
Cookies and Other Computer Information
When you visit the Site, you will be assigned a permanent "cookie" (a small text file) to be stored on your computer's hard drive. The purpose of this cookie is to identify you when you visit the Site so that we can enhance and customize your online user experience.
You can choose to browse on the Site without cookies. However, without these identifier files you may not be able to take advantage of certain features of the Site. Each browser is different, so check your browser's "Help" menu to learn how to change your cookie preferences.

- Remove the check in any of the boxes
Please note that it may take up to 10 days for us to process your request. If you would prefer to stop receiving other forms of marketing communications from us, please follow the directions on the marketing materials or contact our Customer Service department by email at cs@bstocksolutions.com.
The only email messages you will receive from Walmart.com when you elect not to receive marketing emails will be to:
- Alert you to future auctions
- Confirm any purchases you make on this Site
- Notify you that you are the winning bidder in an auction
- Alert you to certain activities as requested in your "Email Preferences"
- Share other information about your purchase
- Respond to your customer service inquiries or suggestions
- Answer any other questions you may have about this Site
In addition, we may also need to send operational emails to inform you of any changes to this Site that might affect your customer information.
